I am a young enthusiastic athlete who loves anything to do with fitness. I Train almost everyday and live fitness.
This class takes place in the open fresh air (but don't let that fool you, you will walk out of class at the end thinking its the devils play ground). It's set up to increase fitness levels, encourage weight loss and stimulate muscle growth. I am a strong believer in building the core muscles. So there will be a lot of abdominal training. There will also be a lot of running and boxing. Throughout the training sessions I will make up a dietary plan for each of my clients, so they can get the most out of these sessions both in training and in the kitchen.
Most personal training sessions cost around $60 but I only charge $20 for an hour, or even better bring 10 of your friends along to feel the torture and its only $100 for the whole group ($10 each).
My training sessions will take place at parks around Carramar/Tapping.
