I'm selling most of my gear as I'd like to change brands. It's a fantastic kit that has served me very well and I think it covers most of what an enthusiast photographer would want to have on them. The contents are as follows...
1. Canon EOS 5D Mark II - $900
Comes with charger, user manual, PC cable, 2x batteries, 2x 16GB memory cards. Shutter count is just over 88K at the moment. It has some external wear and tear but other than that I haven't ever had any problems with it. I recently had its sensor professionally cleaned.

2. Canon 24 - 105mm f⁄4 L lens - $650
In very good condition; I've had no issues with it whatsoever

3. Canon 17 - 40mm f⁄4 L lens - $550

4. Sigma 50mm f⁄1.4 lens - $300

In good condition; some very slight wear and tear from general use. I haven't ever had any functional problems with it.
